- The use of a Club Lasseters membership card indicates acceptance of the conditions governing the card.
- Club Lasseters membership and benefits are non transferable.
- A Club Lasseters card may only be inserted into a card reader and benefits obtained when the bearer of the card is the actual member.
- Membership of the Club Lasseters may be cancelled, revoked or suspended at the discretion of Casino Management. In such cases the membership card must be returned to Lasseters Wharf Casino.
- Lasseters Wharf Casino reserves the right to cancel any Club Lasseters program, promotion or bonus points, including benefits, at any time without prior notice.
- If a membership card is not used for a period of six months, the membership shall be cancelled and the bonus point and other entitlements withdrawn.
- The basis upon which members accrue points and other benefits is determined solely by Lasseters Wharf Casino and is subject to change without notice.
- Lasseters Wharf Casino will not be held responsible for any apparent failure of the card, card reader or associated promotional hardware that leads to a member not receiving bonus points or benefits.
- Lasseters Wharf Casino reserves the right to adjust member’s bonus points or entitlements or as a result of malfunction, operator fault, misrepresentation or any other reason that is beyond the control of Lasseters Wharf Casino.
- Bonus points may only be collected at minimum values in increments of amounts to be determined by Lasseters Wharf Casino and are subject to change without notice.
- Lasseters Wharf Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
- Information concerning your membership is held for the purpose of club Lasseters operations. This information may be used for marketing, planning, product development and other commercial purposes. It is a condition of membership that the member consents to the collection of this information.
